This Lépine watch is a replica of a model fitted with Longines’ first ever chronograph, produced in 1878.

The case, in 18kt rose gold, measures 55mm. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal and features an engraved cover of a jockey and his mount.

Movement is the Swiss hand-wind Longines caliber L790.2 (base ETA A08.L31) with 20 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 48 hours. It is a monopusher column-wheel chronograph. Functions are: hours, minutes, seconds, and chronograph.

The dial is polished white lacquer, with small seconds at 6 o’clock and large central chronograph hand.
