To mark the 10th edition of Roland Garros and the beginning of Longines’ partnership with the FFT, a new Conquest Roland Garros chronograph, specially designed to celebrate the prestigious clay court Paris tournament, is being released.
The case, in stainless steel, measures 36mm. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal and it is water resistant to 300 meters. It has a commemorative engraving “Roland Garros Paris” on the caseback.
Movement is the Swiss quartz Longines caliber L538 (base ETA). Functions are: hours, minutes, seconds and date. Chronograph: central second hand (in orange), 1/10th of a second counter at 2 o’clock and 30-minute counter at 10 o’clock.
The dial is anthracite with one applied Arabic numeral and 11 applied indices. Rhodium-plated flange, rhodium-plated (hour and minute hands), Orange (Central second hand, 1/10th of a second counter at 2 o’clock and 30-minute counter at 10 o’clock).
It comes on a steel bracelet with a triple safety folding clasp.
