Limited Edition of 25 Pieces Celebrates Ferrari’s 10th Anniversary in Russia
Sunday saw the launch of this limited edition Big Bang Ferrari Russia at Moscow’s Barvikha Luxury Village, the high-class district of the capital, which was decked out in red for the occasion.
The unveiling took place during on the first day of a three-day event which marks the beginning of a calendar of celebrations scheduled for 2014, the tenth anniversary of Ferrari’s presence in Russia.
“The collaboration between Hublot and Ferrari has reached a new level in these last two years,” explained Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot. “It’s a real fusion of the watchmaking expertise of Hublot and the industrial achievement of Ferrari, but also an eternal pursuit for ultimate quality and innovation. We all believe that Hublot and Ferrari will continue to enjoy an unprecedented legendary cooperation in the future.”
The case, in black ceramic, measures 45.5mm. The bezel is carbon fiber with red moulding. It has an AR-coated sapphire crsytal and it is water resistant to 100 meters.
Movement is the Swiss automatic Hublot in-house caliber UNICO with 36 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 72 hours.
The deal features numerous touches of red, with a symbolic prancing horse in gold at 9 o’clock.
It comes with two interchangeable straps, including a black Schedoni leather stitched onto black rubber, with red stitching and an innovative quick-change system inspired by the seat belt mechanism of cars.
